On the reverse, a French postmark from 1918, a Fromentine (85) dispatch stamp dated July 30, 1918, and a handwritten address to Mme Haye François in Paris. Printed text: 'LA VENDEE MILITAIRE' and 'ARTAUD FRERES, Publishers, 1 AP DES-CARQUELEPU'.
