Lively view of a crowded beach at Croix-de-Vie, with many swimmers in the water and tents lined up on the sand, with coastal houses in the foreground. On the reverse, a postcard sent on 18 August 1958, with a 12-franc stamp depicting the Pont Valentré, and handwritten address to M. Debrat in La Roche-sur-Yon. The publisher is JELY, and the recipient is M. Debrat.
