Black and white view of a beach hotel in Croix-de-Vie, with a promenade bordered by a white railing and rocks along the shore. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated August 29, 1953, addressed to Madame M. Garçon in Nantes, with a red 1953 stamp and a circular cancellation from Croix-de-Vie.
