Description

Vibrant view of Deauville beach with many swimmers in period swimsuits, striped umbrellas, and deck chairs. On the reverse, a postcard sent to Madame Criciès in Cherbourg, with a handwritten message 'Merci ! Boris Lautard Mad-'. Two French stamps (10c blue and 30c red) are affixed, with a Deauville cancellation.
