Portrait of a bearded man in a dark suit, with a handwritten inscription at the bottom: 'Gru vive ! France ! Grand mère'. Signed 'Beranté F. - 1908'. Back: handwritten letter dated 15-5-1954, addressed to 'Chantilly', mentions children and memories of Paris, with a postmark and cancellation.
