Description

Satirical caricature depicting several French politicians in absurd situations: a general eating pasta, another sitting on a boat, a third ice-skating, a fourth doing DIY, and a fifth playing sports. On the reverse, the address is directed to Madam Roye in Paris, with a 5-centime postage stamp and a cancellation stamp dated May 5, 1909.
