Black-and-white engraved portrait of the Duchess of Burgundy, dressed in an ornate robe and wearing a veil. The printed text states that she married Louis, Duke of Burgundy, eldest son of the Grand Dauphin, and died a few days before him of an epidemic measles. The reverse is blank, with a dividing line and multilingual inscriptions at the top.
