Postcard depicting four children in period costume playing at a duel with swords, set against a forest background. The printed text at the bottom reads: « Go gentlemen! and be brave! » and « And the duel is to the first blood ». On the reverse, it reads « UNION POSTALE UNIVERSELLE », the address to « M. Léon Tardieu fils, 34 rue Coëtquau, Paris Xe » and a red 1 penny stamp canceled in London on July 24, 1903.
