Two Auvergne peasants in traditional attire, one carrying a basket on her head, the other holding a basket in her hand, on a path bordered by a wooden fence. On the back, a handwritten correspondence addressed to Madame Cante at the Grand Hôtel de Bollene (Alpes-Maritimes), with a French 1906 postmark canceled in Puy-de-Dôme.
