Description

Two women in period costume are seated at a wooden table, one writing, the other reading the newspaper 'LA DÉPÊCHE'. A bottle and glasses are on the table. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to 'Ma chère cousine Marie Louise' in Grasseville (Manche), with a 25-centime postmark and a cancellation 'NORDRE ET LICHY'.
