Young woman in traditional costume, wearing a large black hat with a bow, spinning by hand on a spinning machine. She wears a green and red patterned dress with a blue ribbon. On the reverse, the publisher is listed as 'Weltpostverein. Union postale universelle.' and the card is addressed to Madame Méhaye in Paris. Two 5 pfennig stamps from 'Deutsches Reich' dated 29.8.58 are affixed.
