Description

Interior view of an underground church in Gargilesse, with barrel vaults and stone columns. The printed text indicates that one descends via a beautiful staircase to a crypt with a view over the ravine and stream. On the reverse, a handwritten address to Madame Plantur in Montbazon, with a French postmark of 1911 and a cancellation stamp from Château-Gaillard.
