Black and white panoramic view of the Rhone Glacier and the Furka road at Grimsel, with snow-capped mountains and trails winding through the alpine landscape. On the back, a handwritten letter dated September 11, 1962, sent from Grimsel to Clairefontaine (France), with a Swiss 30-centime stamp and a circular cancellation from Grimsel.
