The reverse has handwritten text dated May 25, mentioning an arrival in Totnes, a visit to the lower town, and an intention to leave for Paris. The address is intended for Madame Germaine Lemoine in Versailles. A 20-centime green stamp is affixed, canceled in Plymouth on May 25, 1906.
