Description

View of the feudal castle of Hattonchâtel, designed by architect Mr. Jacquelin for Miss Bell Skinner and built from 1922 to 1928, owned by the Syndicat Ecclésiastique de Verdun. The reverse side features a handwritten letter addressed to Miss Giboury in Paris, dated July 14, 1928, and two French stamps (50c blue and 20c violet) with a cancellation from Vigneulles (Meuse) dated July 17, 1939.
