View of the Town Hall in Ligny-sur-Mer, an imposing building with a pediment and shuttered windows, surrounded by trees and a few people. The back has handwritten text dated 8/12/12, addressed to Mr. Louba Mortieux in Tournières, with a 10-centime postage stamp and a circular postmark.
