Description

Black and white view of the Ardon Gate in Laon, a stone fortified gate with two conical towers and an arched passage, bordered by paved alleys. On the reverse, a postcard sent in 1950 to Monsieur Liguier in Barcelonnette, with a 12 franc stamp and an Aisne cancellation. The sender, Jacqueline Dubas, writes: 'With 1,000,000 unforgettable memories, My respectful regards.'
