Description

Colorized scene of a rural family around a stone bread oven, with children and adults in traditional attire. Printed text at the bottom: 'The oven is hot, but the hearts burn'. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Madame Léprouxman in Neubourg, with a 10-centime French postage stamp and a Neubourg postmark dated February 7, 1907.
