Description

View of the Palace of Justice in Le Havre, an imposing neoclassical building with colonnades and stairs, under a clear sky. Passersby, some with umbrellas, walk in front of the building. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to 'Madame Cusna, 12 rue Charalles, Vervalla, Corse', with a note at the top: 'All foreign countries do not accept correspondence on the front side.'
