Statue of General Chanzy on a base adorned with bas-reliefs depicting soldiers and cannons, erected in 1885. Printed text above the base: 'A CHANZY A LA 2e ARMÉE DE LA LOIRE 1870-1871'. On the back, handwritten address to 'Mademoiselle Elisabeth Chandoreille at Plancy, Aube' and a postmark canceled 'LE MANS' with the writing 'bons baisers du Mans'.
