Postcard showing the ruined church of Courmelles, with its bell tower partially collapsed and rubble around. The printed text at the top indicates 'THE DEVASTATED SOISSONNAIS'. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence dated July 31, addressed to Mrs. Jeanne Moreau in Paris, with a 25-centime blue stamp and a postmark of 'ERVILLE' dated July 31, 1919.
