View of the New Prefecture in Limoges, an imposing building with a spired tower and columns, on a paved square with a few passers-by. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Miss Schneppe in Paris, with a 5-centime green stamp and a Limoges postmark dated 7 January 1912.
