Panoramic view of the basilica and entrance to the Calvary in Lourdes, with a path lined with trees and a few visitors. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Hortense de Montegru, dated September 11, 1920, sent from Château de Nortebau, with a postmark and cancellation.
