Colorized view of Place de la Grotte in Lourdes, with a dense crowd of pilgrims in period attire in front of a green-roofed chapel and a pool. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated August 3, 1913, addressed to a little girl in Bayonne, with an affectionate message from her little brother.
