Description

Ink drawing of an imposing building, the Town Hall of Lyon, with a central tower adorned with a clock and sculptures, and a few passersby in front of the entrance. The reverse features a handwritten address to Monsieur Marc de Louanne in Valence, two green 5-centime stamps, and a Lyon cancellation. The front text is a handwritten personal letter.
