Interior of a first class room in a health house in Le Mans, with a four-poster bed, a chair, and a decorated carpet on a tiled floor. Printed text at the bottom: 'Health House of Le Mans, Rue de Bal. 4. First Class Room'. Reverse: handwritten correspondence addressed to 'Ma Bien Aimée' in L'Arronissé, with two French postage stamps (25c and 15c) and a postmark from Mans-Gap dated April 22, 1932.
