View of the Prefecture in Melun, south side, with a large building with a classical façade and slate roofs, surrounded by lawns and trees. The back has a handwritten letter dated February 9, 1916, addressed to 'Juliette' by 'Gustave Jacquet', with a note about the correspondence reserved for the post office.
