Description

Colored view of the main station in Melz, with its imposing red-roofed building and clock tower, under a blue sky. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated April 8, 1944, addressed to a recipient in Melz, mentioning a train journey from Bétche to Schweien. A 5-cent postage stamp is affixed at the lower right.
