View of the Post and Telegraph Office in Metz, a stone building with Gothic architecture and slate roof, in front of which a few people are standing. Reverse: dated mailing from Metz to Rennes on 24 November 1939, with a violet 40-centime stamp and Metz-Lafayette postmark, addressed to Madame Marcel Sembat.
