View of the former Palais des Tournelles in Mézières, built in 1766 by Louis de Ganzague and his wife Henriette de Claves, which became the Prefecture Hotel in 1750. The reverse shows a Parisian postmark from May 11, 1914, and an address to the Société du Petit Parisien.
