Sepia-toned aerial view of Monte Carlo, showing the port with boats and buildings extending across the steep hills. The reverse side has handwritten text indicating the sender from Monte Carlo on December 17, 1928, addressed to Mrs. Simone de France in Strasbourg, with a canceled Cannes postage stamp.
