Scene of the Battle of Flowers in Nice, with decorated carriages adorned with flowers and garlands, pulled by horses, in a street lined with palm trees and spectators. Printed text: 'NICE. - Battle of Flowers'. On the back, handwritten correspondence addressed to Marie Louise Verceir and Paul J. Ploirise at S. cod., with a 5-centime postmark and a cancellation from Nice dated July 12, 1912.
