Animated scene of the 'Battle of Flowers' in Nice, with a decorated cart of flowers and garlands, pulled by a horse, in the middle of a crowd and festive stalls. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Amel in Gréoux-Dauphiné, with a stamp and a stationery cancellation from the La Garonne station (Alpes-Maritimes) dated 15 May 1914.
