View of the Prefecture of Nice with palm trees and entrance gate, dated March 13, 1903. The reverse has a handwritten letter to Monsieur André Cafaye in Vérigny (Cordogne), with two 5-centime stamps and a Nice postal cancellation from March 14, 1903.
