Stone bust of a French soldier, depicted with helmet and scarf, in front of a circular wall engraved with the names of towns and associations. The reverse indicates that the statue, executed by Madame Berthe Girardet, is offered as a memento of her missing aviator son. Stamp and cancellation from the Ossuaire de Douaumont (Meuse).
