View of the Justice Palace in Cholet, a classical building surrounded by trees, including a palm in the foreground. The reverse side features a handwritten letter dated September 14, 1928, sent from Mortagne-sur-Sèvre, where the sender mentions the palace as a landmark of the city and announces their departure for Badonvilliers. Postmark and cancellation from Mortagne-sur-Sèvre are visible.
