View of the Palace of Justice in Cholet, a neoclassical building with colonnades and a pediment adorned with the motto 'LOI'. Three people are visible on the steps. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Anna Chauveau in Loudun (Vienne), with a 5c green stamp and a postmark from Cholet dated July 21, 1930.
