View of the Justice Palace in Orléans, a neoclassical building with colonnades and an ornate pediment. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to 'Monsieur Laperber' in Lyon, with two 5-centime stamps and a cancellation mark from VALLON (Ain) dated August 15, 1908.
