Description

View of the City Hall in Paris, a monumental building in Haussmann style with slate roofs and numerous windows, in front of a lively square with a few cars and pedestrians. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated August 31, 1950, addressed to Madame Bir Petitjean at Château de Paley, with a blue 12-centime stamp and a Parisian cancellation.
