Colorized postcard showing Paris City Hall, with a bridge in the background and a boat on the Seine. The printed text recalls the history of the building: built on the old Place de Grève, burned down in 1871, rebuilt and inaugurated in 1882. The reverse has handwritten black ink text addressed to 'Monsieur Sebastare abird' in 'Couban (Var)', with the date '6/6/1953'.
