Description

Black and white view of the Madeleine basilica in Paris, with its Ionic columns and sculpted pediment, at the edge of the lively Grands Boulevards with cars and pedestrians. On the reverse, a postcard addressed to Miss Antonia Blane in Escalapon (Var), with handwritten inscription 'Bonne et Heureuse Année' and a postmark from Paris dated January 15, 1927.
