View of the Prefecture of Nice with its imposing buildings and palm trees in the foreground, where people are walking under parasols. On the reverse, blue 5-centime stamps, a cancellation stamp from Nice dated April 26, 1908, and a handwritten address to Madame Coraïda Fillet in Marseille. The writing on the front is signed 'Affectueusement, M. Carabell' with the date 22/4/08.
