View of the apse of the Saint-Quiriace Church in Provins, with inscription indicating that it once had the first stone dome built in France in 1160, destroyed in 1162 and never restored to its original form. Reverse: Postal dispatch from Paris to Madame L. Lagarde, with French Republic stamps (10 and 50 centimes) and a Parisian cancellation.
