Description

View of La Tour César in Provins, a 13th-century tower where the English had stationed themselves during the siege of 1432 to defend themselves. The reverse has a handwritten correspondence dated March 23, 1919, sent to Mr. Ch. Rivellet in Boisne, with a postage stamp and a Paris cancellation dated 23-3-19.
