View of Place des Marchés in Reims, showing old timber-framed houses with signs such as 'RESTAURANT', 'MARTIN MÉDE VINS RESTAURATEUR' and 'LOGE À PIED'. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Louis Pocher in Reims, accompanied by a red postmark stamped 'REIMS 1907' and a note stating that correspondence is not accepted for foreign countries.
