View of the Palace of Commerce in Rennes, a neoclassical building with a central garden and fountain, dated 1930. Printed text mentions its construction based on the plans of Mr. Martenot. Reverse: handwritten letter to 'Dear Sisters Nereu, Niece' signed 'Charlotte', dated from Rennes, with a postmark 'Postcard' and stamp 'Laurent-Neuf'.
