Panoramic view of Rennes with the canal, a multi-arched bridge, industrial buildings and the cathedral in the background. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Sainte-Brieuc, dated 21 January 1915, with a postmark from Rennes and a note: 'All foreign countries do not accept correspondence on the front side'.
