Description

Postcard showing the building of the Chamber of Commerce in Roanne, an imposing neoclassical building with an ornate façade and visible inscription. The reverse has a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Charlot in Saint-Joseph-de-Poirié, signed by Victorine Vidal, with a note of thanks for a received letter. Two green 5-centime stamps are affixed at the top right, canceled with a circular postmark of 'LOIRE'.
