View of the Chamber of Commerce in Roubaix, an imposing neo-classical building with an inscription above the portal. The back has handwritten correspondence addressed to M. Baudrier in Aube, noting that foreign countries do not receive correspondence on the front. Blue 25-centime postmark and Roubaix dispatch stamp from 10-10-1920.
