View of the equestrian statue of Napoleon I in Rouen, surrounded by urban buildings and security chains. The reverse has a handwritten address to Madame A. Meichell in Marseille, a green 17-centime stamp, and a Parisian postmark dated March 29, 1903. The publisher is indicated as 'Collections ND Phot' at the bottom of the front.
